Quicksilver Rothwell - "Quicksilver a.k.a. "Quickie" was a wonderful cat who earned her name. Almost immediately upon coming home she became my healing companion, insisting on being present for attunements, reiki sessions, and other client consultations. She would sit on the lap of the client, do reiki with her paws, and often receive attunements while they did. However, after only 1 year she contracted feline leukemia, and with the help of herbs, vitamins, and gemstones, we recovered her, only to lose her to distemper a few months later. While she is missed greatly, her spirit is very strong and continues to be present at home and the office- many customers have seen her in the treatment room in the three years since her passing, and she continues to communicate to me in dreams and visions. I have dedicated a course in animal totems to her, and much of my experience in healing animals comes from her illnesses."

Austin Pottruff - "My Beautiful Baby Boy. He was a gentle giant who loved everyone he met. Stranger, friend or family, he loved everyone. He would give kisses to everyone and anyone. The house seems so empty without him. Missy misses running and playing in the snow with him and keeps watch down the driveway for him to come home. It has been weird without him. He had such a personality, afraid of lots of things that a big Rottie like him shouldn't have been, a funny bark that said Roo Roo. So unexpected for a big Rottie. Very stubborn, but very loving. Thought he was a lap dog, followed me where ever I went. My animals are my babies, my girls think of them as their brothers and sisters. He was my first baby. I miss tripping over him with every step. I miss seeing his face on the step of the back room waiting to dry off to come in the house. I miss having a big paw knock on my leg letting me know he is waiting for some of my food. I keep waiting to wake from the horrible dream where my baby is gone, but know that when it is my time, you will be right there waiting to greet me like every time I came home."
